The home builder that she recommended is terrible. Our realtor was Dwayne Tharp and he was fantastic, unfortunately the builder that was recommended by Ashely and Hometown realty was far from it. We had a contract with Ryan Sullivan (owner of RC Sullivan) to build a house. We signed our contract August of 2021 with an expected completed/move in date of Feb 2022. During the 6 months between when we signed the contract and the expected completion date there was no progress made on the house. They did not break ground on our house until a week before the expected completed date. Ryan assured us this was due to the county and them being behind on issuing the building permit.
