Riverside Park Apartments

I do not recommend moving here. They don’t fix anything. The landlord is not someone you would want to be running an apartment complex. She lies a lot. Everyone who lives here is trying to leave. The apartments are small and the rent is way too much. DO NOT MOVE HERE

The leasing agent is cheap , the apartment has mold they do cheat repairs cheap spray paint to cover the walls. The bathrooms have mold I have been a tenant for almost two years and the amount of issues I have had is ridiculous. Ac was out for over a month they had portable acs. Now my toilets tub and sinks are messed up. They had cheap plumbing which caused worse problems NOW. now the laundry room is flooded with nasty sewage water and coming back in through my tub. The managers only care about the lazy leasing agent who doesn't clean the hallways or the laundry rooms. It's cats everywhere. They poop on your property because the leasing agent allows certain people to feed the cats outside the building with saying anything. MAKE THIS THE LAST PLACE YOU MOVE especially if you are African Am

Very quiet area. Clean laundry room area. Nice neighbors, property management is very friendly. Dog friendly place! Apartment itself is nice, no mold or bug problems. Pretty spacious for just myself. I overall enjoy living here

I live here currently and i'm impressed for the price. pretty good community, people seem to be friendly and helpful. the upkeep needs some work as the exterior of the buildings and landscaping could be better, but not really anything major. the neighborhood around the complex is a little on the rough side but nothing too bad. just depends on what your looking for! my apartment is great, very happy with it. only problem I've had thus far is an issue with cold shower water, but again, I've dealt with far worse. I would recommend to a friend.

Anyone who gives this place more than one star, obviously needs some psychiatric help. The only positive things I can say, is that the size of my apartment is good for the price and I can smoke inside. I have been here 3 years & would have moved out after the first year, if I could have afforded it!! My daughter's car was towed, after accidentally parking in the wrong spot, by a company that makes all their money on that scam. Emergency Maintenance number is nothing more than an out of state answering service, that might get your problem worked on in 2 days, if you're lucky! My A/C has stopped working at least 4 times, heat 2 times. We frequently have no water, for no apparent reason, with no notification. Some tenants have no respect for others-throwing their unwanted mail on the floor,
