Twin Oaks II Apartments

I stayed in one of the short-term furnished apartments for a work assignment and it was perfect. Very well maintained and great management. The apartment literally had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and even towels and bedding. I'd definitely stay here again.

One of the better apartment complexes to rent from in Decatur. A unique perk is the clothes washer/dryer in each room. Most places have community laundry. The pool tucked away into tree line is great spot to relax.

I'm not from the area. When I needed someplace to stay for a few months for work, I managed to get in touch with these guys and I was thrilled that worked out. I found a fully furnished corporate apartment, with a full kitchen and bath, extra sheets, a washer and dryer, cable and internet all much more affordably than any hotel. Decatur may not be home, but this apartment works a whole lot better than many temporary housing options around.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or be in the office. They need to hire an assistant that can be in the office at all times!!! They do not even have community events. They need to have something besides just a pool. They need to have something to where the residents can get to know each other if they want to. I used to be a property manager and we always had events for the residents and discounts at businesses such as, the gym, salons, different restaurants, golfing, etc. Maybe they should hire an event planner/assistant.

Well maintained but short term apts are really expensive for this town.
