I had an exceptional experience selling my house as contract for deed with Macon County Title. Specifically Alex and Bob were WONDERFUL to work with. I had a lawyer write up the contract which caused some issues, however Bob and Alex worked together to fix all of the mistakes, put both the buyer and myself (the seller) at ease, and had great professionalism, and were overall kind. While I won’t be selling any other properties anytime soon, I couldn’t suggest Macon County Title more!! They were wonderful, they listened, and they were transparent and helpful throughout the entire process, if you are having a contract for deed written up, Call Alex first!! He really saved me!!
