Bristol Gardens

Their residents dump trash all up and down MLK, dump TVs and couches in their cul-de-sac, drag carts from Walmart and leave them in the street, yard, field, etc. Its all over the surrounding neighborhoods yards constantly. The building managers know of the issue.

They're a scam, they take your application fee, leave you hanging for 2 weeks to hear back to only get told there was a paperwork issue (how? We sat down and went over it together?) and then deny you (when by all accounts you qualify) and keep your money.

Ashley is the absolute worst, she needs to be fired! Do not rent here! Ashley does not solve or fix any problems and never answers the phone. Brushes off in person concerns saying she’ll handle it but doesn’t even attempt to handle it afterwards. This place was so nice and problems were quick to be fixed before Ashley started working here.

Ashley seemed super friendly at first, told me there would be NO reason my application would be turned down and told us all about her kid the same age as me, but after 3 times of pushing back the date of the results she completely ghosted us. We were moving all the way from Georgia and she knew this but still did what she did resulting in me having to start a job with nowhere to stay. (she still has my application fee)

I have lived at Bristol Gardens for 6 yrs. Regardless of any issues I may have within my apartment or anything they are here quick and work hard to get it fixed! They are sweet and the maintenance guys are amazing at keeping this place clean and very helpful. The two ladies here in the office now do an amazing job as well!! This place has hit a downfall in the past but I can see it getting better!!! Thankful to have mostly quiet home for my family!
