Within the 2 months of me living here…The Logan Apartments Staff has been exceptionally helpful, supportive, caring, and they’re always UNDERSTANDING. Maintenance is always applicable when doing work orders. No issue is TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL. I love it here!
Great place-the office ladies are super chill. They got a new maintenance guy and he is the coolest.
Extremely satisfied with Logan Realty. Rent for the apartments are realistic and affordable. Apartments are well maintained. Ladies in the office are always willing to help with anything and reply promptly (even after office hours) to emails or texts. Overall, very satisfied and comfortable being a tenant for Logan Realty.

I love Logan! The application process was very quick and painless. Amanda was and still is an amazing help. I was able to see the home i was interested in the same day I inquired about it. Amanda and the maintenance crew are VERY quick at responding to situations - 48 hr turn around was the longest I'd ever waited for a solution. Logan is very understanding, accommodating, and will work with you. I HIGHLY recommend Logan Realty!
