Hickory Point Apartments

Asking to apply application for apartment which is not even available. After applying lady told us its not even available even we went to get a tour and now not even returning application fee. Lady is rude on phone call when asking for refund and on email i get office phone number in reply no matter what i ask. They are running scam to collect money from applications with fake listings. Would never recommend this place to anyone after this experience

Kelsi works diligently to process applications. She has great communication skill and consistently honors her word to get back to you. Kelsi is knowledgable and if she is not sure about something, she seeks out the answers to ensure you get accurate information. She is helpful, professional, and possesses great customer service skills.

The Maintenance Team at Hickory Pt apartments in Decatur, are the BEST ever. I can’t say enough positive statements, about them, and how great they are. They promptly fixed my washer, without delay. They also replaced my furnace filter, which was greatly appreciated. . 5 stars for these guys. I would have definitely given the guys 10 stars if there was an option. 💛
