West Mound Apartments

West Mound is a great community. The property manager, Teri, is friendly and listens. She gets things done for her tenants when things arise. Bud is also kind when walking the grounds. He always stops to say hi to my pup. He gets any maintenance orders done quickly and professionally. Bud works hard to keep everything running for all of us!

Teri and the team were great on move day with a positive greeting but also patience for a weary mover. I found my new apartment very clean and presentable, and all the appliances work well including the HVAC although not sure if I need the dishwasher yet. The lease application process went very well. Had a small problem uploading some documents to their portal but sent a regular email to finalize. Any other apartment concerns were quickly resolved by Teri's ideas and our maintenance crew. looking forward to living and relaxing here!

The maintenance team here is absolutely amazing. They are always respectful and fix issues as quickly as they possibly can. They will let you know what's going on and how soon they can repair something if it has to wait for reasons beyond anyone's control. They are also cautious of my cat and I feel confident letting them come into my apt when I'm not home. The apt manager is nice, she really takes her job to heart and I've seen the kindness she's extended to others. Jessica S.

Management and Maintenance has been superb, they are always accessible and approachable, they value relationships with tenants, you are not just a Unit Number. Throughout the day you see Bud bouncing between buildings doing his tasks, and if he sees you from across the parking lot or across the street, he is waving to you! You can feel confident moving into this Community.
