Charles was my realtor. He is very knowledgeable on home’s and is very honest. He was very patient with me and was willing to find the answers for me. This was the first time I bought a Fannie Mae and Charles’s first time dealing with one. Even though we were both in foreign territory he made it very easy to understand what was happening. I will definitely be using Charles for any other homes I buy in the future. If anyone needs a home Brinkoetter Realtors has you covered. 10/10

Our realtor was Isabella Carver and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I were moving in December 2025 so it was a stressful time for us to move during the holidays but Isabella was always super responsive no matter the time, day or night. She proactively provided us feedback from potential buyers and made the whole selling process very stress free. Would recommend Isabella to anyone looking to sell their home as she’s super knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market.

Isabella Carver went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She worked with our schedule to show us numerous homes on a snowy day. We were moving from out of town and she was able to answer so many questions about Decatur and the surrounding area. She connected us with a lender and the whole process was very smooth even though we were 160 miles away. I have nothing but praise for their responsiveness to questions and ability to get the job done!
