Amazing place to live, manager is literally one of the best people i've ever met. Knows everyone by name, always says hi when I see her! She really cares about making your time here nice and is attentive to tenant needs!

Great location and even better units! The newly renovated apartments are perfectly designed and you don’t need to worry about having a car considering you’re only a 2 minute walk from campus! Would recommend keeping an eye out on their site early in the year to secure a spot since these apartments go fast. Great place to live, highly recommend!

Great place! Super clean, management is nice and helps out super fast when needed. The fact it’s so close to campus too is great. I thought I’d never be able to live outside the dorms because I don’t have a car, but this is the perfect spot. Super happy to be here!

The newly renovated apartments are great for those looking for a stress free college experience. Don’t worry about VT Parking, crazy roommates or old spaces. I’m looking forward to seeing these after they are renovated in Summer 2021 under the new owners.

One bedroom apartment is not ideal for any college students looking for a true college experience at VT. The primary residence of this apartment are not students but Blacksburg town residence. Additionally the man who purchased this complex has been causing problems and harassing residence of surrounding properties. It has escalated to the police being called multiple times. The edge apartments are very close, have multiple bedroom apartment, a pool, great amenities and are cheaper than the Turner st apartments.
