Treetops Apartments

Extremely Beautiful, quiet and peaceful community. The people here are great and friendly. I have had no trouble staying here. Theresa at the leasing office is so attentive and sorts out issues really quickly. Big thanks to her for giving us an apartment with a wonderful view. Maintenance team here is extremely good as well. They attend to your problems within a day’s time. The trails within the community are an added advantage! Overall, a great experience!

Absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Way over priced and the buildings are falling apart. Every time I have had to call the emergency hotline, no matter what the problem is one guy will show up with a single wrench and then tells me he cannot help me. There is zero use of even having an emergency hotline since they literally cannot help. My roof has been “fixed” 3 times and still leaks. Every time I have an issue, they down play it. Would never recommend to anyone.

The apartments are fine but overpriced like every other apartment complex in NJ. The parking situation here is bad, if you get home late you will not be able to park near your apartment. There are cars that clearly don't run that are allowed to sit and take up spots. Maintenance is great and gets things done quickly.

I lived here for about 10 year and loved every bit of it! I would not have left Treetops if it were not for my out of state job. I want to thank Theresa (property manager - very caring toward tenants) and Billy (maintenance supervisor - superman and can fix anything) as they made a real difference in making the residents life better. Both of them provided excellent service by responding to questions and fixing any issues at a fast pace! Apartment is nestled close to park and trails. I found fresh air, beautiful birds/wild life and low/no noise in the neighborhood here like no where else in the area. There is ample parking space, lot of closets, high ceiling and greenery. Because of greenery and proximity to ecological preserve, you will find temperature couple of degrees lower than other

Lived here for 4 years; Theresa at the Leasing office and Bill in charge of maintenance are just about the best duo we could ask for. There are various unofficial access points to the ecological preserve as well.
