The Frederick

We had a great experience living here! The building and appliances are new and extremely well-maintained, and the large windows grant excellent natural light and a view of the Raritan River. The location grants convenient access to New Brunswick and its trains while still being within the more beautiful and peaceful city of Highland Park. Our neighbors were quiet, courteous and friendly! I want to give a special mention to Jose Linares who is nearly always around the property keeping everything pristine and functional. He was always extremely prompt and courteous about scheduling necessary regular maintenance, and on the rare occasions when we had any issues with our apartment, he made sure they were taken care of immediately. Moving into the Fredrick was a very pleasant experience. Very professional people and the apartments are brand new. Oren Hellner, the property/leasing manager, is patient, extremely professional and pays a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Lovely and comfortable place to live; management are welcoming and professional; amenities are excellent.
