Riverview Manor Apartments

After an unimpressive few weeks spent apartment hunting, we stopped by Riverview Manor to tour the property. Immediately, the Super, Jonathan made us feel welcome as he showed us around the apartments. His energy, friendliness and commitment to being helpful and welcoming was the largest factor in us deciding to relocate from NYC to this specific community. Its only been 2 weeks, but, so far, our experience has been great. The community is clean, well-kept and Jonathan and his maintenance team continuously keep this space as a place to live and love. ***7 month follow up*** Still love it here and Jonathan is even more awesome than previously advertised. Simply put, the man is a legend.

My spouse and I recently visited and applied for an apartment at Riverview Manor Apartments. We are moving from out of state and were interested in a modest-sized two-bedroom apartment in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood. Riverview Manor Apartments were at the top of our list of prospective apartments in the New Brunswick/Highland Park area. We couldn't be more thrilled with the process of both applying for and visiting an apartment. Rai made both steps very welcoming and easy to navigate. I don't live here so I have to give 4 stars for now. However, when I visited for a tour, a maintenance guy i believe his name is Jonathan. He was very passionate about his job and tried to show as many apartments as possible despite his busy schedule. He explained a little details. Plus, He showed his kindness the whole time. Not sure how much he makes? This guy needs a raise for sure. I can only give 4 stars cuz I don't live there. Thanks for the kindness.

Coming from a big city to living in Highland Park has been wonderful. The purest of peace and quiet. The apartments are great and spacious. The maintenance team led by Johnathan does an amazing job attending to the property and its tenants. The best part is that no one steals packages.

The move made easy with the help of service manager Jonathan. He made sure, the newly renovated apartment is ready for use. He provide an easy walk through with me and the property manager Raimonda. After the move, Jonathan made a visit to assist with the cable company to install cable wires. Every time I see him, always asking if everything is okay and if I need assistance. I’m grateful for Jonathan who’s been making our stay comfortable.
