Maintenance is Fantastic whenever I have a problem, they fix it. My apartment when I moved in was renovated and it’s absolutely beautiful. Tracey, Pete Max and Ryan have been very helpful Throughout my time here.Highland Park is a great Neighborhood as well, Grocery store is right around the corner. There is also a little restaurant across the street very good! Can’t find a better place to move!

I have recently moved in and I have to say everything is the way expected. Nice neighborhood, goods restaurants and plenty of parking. Also, the maintenance guy Billy has been extremely helpful in fixing little things around the apartment.

Not sure what happened to my old review of this awful place. A dead body was dumped in our dumpster outside when I was a resident and no public safety notice was sent to residents. I walked outside to leave for work and saw police tape all around, no info other than what I saw was ever disseminated. I found out what happened from another resident that learned of it via local news. They do not care about your safety whatsoever. As if the low quality conditions weren't enough, that sealed the deal. I left shortly after I learned what happened.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The biggest mistake I ever made was moving my family into this property. We had heat every other week during the winter time and now were left no choice but to vacate after a mice infestation. The super is absolutely useless, management answers the phone when they feel like it, and the apartments are poorly renovated. When I mentioned not wanting to renew my lease due to my heat being messed up all winter I was told “so don’t”…? Don’t waste your time or your money. My family is absolutely heartbroken to have to leave being that we loved the location. After finding countless mouse droppings (including in my 2 year old son's toys and alongside his FLOOR BED) we were left no choice as this place we considered home became a safety hazard. Beware

My husband and I have called the Harper apartments home since 2010! In that time, we have seen many changes, the biggest being a change in ownership/management. We had our reservations at first because the former owners let the property fall slowly into disrepair and applied “quick fix” solutions to an aging site. We are so pleased and grateful that Raritan Bay Living has proven time and time again how much they care about their residents and doing things the right way. They are easy to get in touch with, kind and caring, respond quickly to issues, proactive about issues affecting residents (like water shut offs, etc.) and are slowly making great improvements to the property, giving it the TLC is has needed for a while. We are looking to buy a house in the near future, but we are grateful
