She worked a miracle on the inside of our house, which resulted in receiving numerous offers that were significantly over asking price. Khahlidra was really wonderful to work with. First of all, she is just a lovely person and always a pleasure to be around. She was always available for us. She always gave us measured opinions and was never pushy. She had a vendor she could recommend for every need - electrician, painter, radon, exterminator, etc - so we didn't have the stress of trying to find someone for whatever job we needed done. And if we needed her to, she would make all the arrangements with them and meet them at the house. She staged our house beautifully. Khahlidra really took a huge amount of the stress out of selling the house. We really cannot recommend her highly enough.
