Highland Montgomery Apartments

I have lived at Highland Montgomery for over two years and really want to shout out the maintenance team—Uriel, Arturo, and Rene are absolutely awesome! They’re always kind, super attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. Requests get handled quickly, and they’re always friendly and respectful while doing the work. Also, Lora is very attentive and responsive, which makes everything run smoothly. It makes a huge difference knowing the people here care!

I wanted to take the time to say Lora the property manager was so incredibly kind! She was so great and even stayed open late to do my showing because I couldn’t make it until after work. As I was leaving I mentioned I was interested in another unit they had available and she was so nice and took me back to see it. The apartments are very nice and really well maintained and everyone we came across - residents and all the staff - were all very warm. If you are looking to rent in this area, this complex is very safe, quiet, clean and has lots of open green spaces. Lora really went above and beyond during my tour and as it was my first time apartment hunting I really appreciated the time she took to explain everything to me from the process to call maintenance all the way to the average cost

A quiet, pleasant place to live. Lots of young families, grad students, young professionals, and some longtime residents. Lots of cats! The price is on the affordable end for the county. Maintenance responds quickly and are always friendly and pleasant. The buildings are a little older, but the apartments are clean and functional, and management does a good job of staying on top of repairs. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and well-run place at a lower price point than those big blocky new apartment buildings that go up everywhere, check it out!

Look, we are freezing, both of us are sick already! They tell us excuses as to why they are not turning on the central heater, but bottom line it is colder inside than outside, and we are freezing sitting home with out coats and covers and it's only October. mind we are paying a good amount of money to rent this house and have all amenities. Thank god we are here only for one more week. although according to NJ law, the apartments need to be always at 64F, but it's below 60.

I've lived here for a year and enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Lora is always accessible and incredibly helpful. The maintenance team has been fantastic — consistently going above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
