Highland Manor Apartments

I currently live here with my wife and have since we got married 4 years ago. The apartments are stunning and we’re sad to be moving. The property manager is very down to earth and helpful, even to the end with helping us with moving out. Great spot!

My experience as a resident at Highland Manor Apartments has been incredible. My 1-bedroom apartment was newly updated and very spacious. Having a designated parking spot was a big plus for me and my guests always had an easy time finding street parking. Although there are not in-unit washer/dryer the laundry room was always clean, and I hardly ever overlapped with the neighbors. I also appreciated that all outer doors remained locked so there was a good sense of security. Besides the near perfect apartment condition/features, the management is excellent. If I ever needed help or had questions, I received an immediate response. Additionally, the location and town itself is so perfect making for a nice walk to highland park shops/restaurants and the park nearby. This apartment is a near 10/

My family and I had the best experience as residents at Highland Manor Apartments. Our apartment was very spacious with a lot of closets. The interior was very neutral, and easily matched with any furniture style. The kitchen and bathroom were up to date, with brand new appliances! The apartment complex is very clean, and the upkeep is great as well. The laundry rooms are easily accessible and we never had any issues with crowding or lines. The management is excellent and all of our needs were met promptly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and clean area. Highland Park is a great town too!

Been living here almost 2 years... Location is great, newly renovated apartment has been fantastic, and management has been awesome! Having moved from out of state in the height of the pandemic, I rolled the dice on apartments, but I'd say I rolled high landing here...

Highland Manor is a great place to live, nice apartments and really good building manager (Helga is great)
