Trail's Edge Townhomes

They are really nice inside ....about 8 years old only. Only thing the kids tear the property up but the managment are good about fixing things. There have been alot of domestic violence over there as well one resulting in a death.

No one ever answers the phone, returns voicemails, or emails. The voicemail says someone will respond 24-48 hours. For years, no one responds. They have current advertising showing availability which is misleading if they don't intend on responding to leads.

This place is so trash I been living here for almost 2 years and nothing been fixed at all I go to the office everyday nobody there ever I call nobody answer I leave letter never get back to me this is the worst place to live at tbh but they be ready to kick people out but not ready to fix nothing my sink been leaking for almost a year they still haven’t came to fix it my girl dad had to come fix it but they couldn’t tho at this point I’m getting a lawyer there mold under my sink and I have small kids at home

Too expensive.. Studio in maplewood is close to 1200. Ridicules. We Americans will not beable to live within communities. I can see the homeless population rising.

Very nice clean complex the homes are very nice on the inside and they have washer and dryer in every unit
