Management is great! Rayna has always been very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. I've never felt uncomfortable approaching her for anything. If the complex was dog friendly I would definitely choose to continue staying here. Only downside is location. Being next to the 61, you get the highways noise. However, it is very convenient for traveling. It makes it very easy to get where you need to go. All in all, 5 stars for my review despite the road noise.
No apartment is perfect; but I have to say this place comes close. The landlord is very attentive and has always been professional and courteous of the tenants and issues. The maintenance team has also been professional as well as taking care of issues in a timely manner. It's a fairly quiet vicinity and everyone seems to be nice. I've not had any issues living here. I'd say Arcade Apartments is a great place to live!
Probably the nicest landlady I've met. I am going to apply, but regardless I wanted to post this so other people know, too!
I rate this place 1 Star since they don't have Low income or vouchers for Low income
