Pondview Apartments

I like the apartment I’m in and I enjoy the trails behind it, the ponds and all the nature of it plus being tucked back and away from the traffic noise. There are different areas to walk my dog, they take good care of the building and playground area with lots of street lights and building lights plus the dog fenced area. I feel safe in the neighborhood. Everyone is very nice and the care takers and Kari and Brexton are super nice, everyone is down to earth, they even remember my name and my dogs name. Every time we stop in it is no bother, they are happy to see us plus my dog gets a treat. They show us residents much appreciation with up to date memos ahead of time and put together a BBQ for everyone to enjoy and for other residents meet their neighbors, they have fun celebrating the holi

Home Sweet Home_ nestled in the midst of a 29 acre nature preserve in the heart of the city. Pondview Apartments is staffed by friendly professionals and is quiet, clean and safe plus the location is close to everything. Pondview offers heated underground parking, an outdoor pool and playground plus nature trails with great neighbors to boot. AND it's on several buslines. Carefree, pet friendly and affordable living _ my little dog and I love living here and are really glad we moved back to Pondview. Check it out.

I’ve just signed a new lease for my 9th year at Pondview! All the buildings inside & out are nicely maintained and the staff is friendly and approachable.

because I currently reside there, I have to consider the fact that management could possibly retaliate therefore I can't share the reasons for the low rating however i will say that i do not recommend this apartment complex at this time as a good place for you and your family to move into. I would love more than anything to feel differently, as i once did. I would however be more than happy to speak with the owner who responded to this post( if it was actually him), unfortunately I believe it was someone on his behalf which is misleading and un-cool. Smh

Management at Pondview is Friendly and professional. They were very helpful in resolving an issue I had with billing.
