Birch Glen Apartments

Moved in to my apt 6 months ago and so far I love it here! My place is very spacious and has every amenity. Management is very caring and prompt. I'm happy to call this place my home and I don't plan on leaving for a while.

Very nice apartments in Maplewood. Very new and definitely worth checking out. The location isn't bad as well with the apartments being located very close to the Maplewood Mall and within walking distance of the new LA Fitness. It's also close to Caribou, Buffalo Wild Wings, Acapulco, Jimmy John's, and dozens of other restaurants. The apartments are located off the beaten path a little bit so you there isn't a ton of traffic close the apartments. Manitou Ridge Golf Course is close by and getting to the freeway is a breeze.

The management is wonderful! Very responsive and understanding! Even when there has been tenant situations (smoking on porch or building is not allowed on property) they have handled it with professionalism. I'm thankful the privilege to live here for almost 2yrs.

This is an excellent place to live and I can't recommend it enough. Management is fair, engaged, and responsive to tenants. The units and overall building are well kept and the garden plot outside is a nice plus.
