McKnight Townhomes Condominium Association

If only I could give it a negative star review. Worst association ever. They never come out to shovel and plow the streets. The roads are always icy and unsalted. Leaves are never raked. When you call them, they are unfriendly.

TERRIBLE management. Sharper management, who’s in charge of McKnight townhomes don’t care. We pay an association every month yet they don’t plow. It has snowed 2 straight days and they haven’t touched our lot because they wanted it to stop snowing and do it at the end of the week. Meanwhile, the snow has accumulated. I have seen my neighbors fall and cars get stuck. It is unacceptable that we pay for this kind of stuff to get done and they don’t do it because they're too lazy. I don’t care if they have to plow every hour, it’s their job to get it done for us paying residents.

This association needs to do upgrades instead of raising the price of association fees for their own personal income and raises.

We paid for road work to be done because we own our townhouse and as the road work was being done our hot water in our kitchen stopped working
