Horrible customer service and Maintenance. Multiple calls and emails and no return calls, no email replies and attitude from the staff when you complain, like I the customer who pays my rent is a bother to them and have no right to complain when they don't do a proper job. Sure leave snow and ICE blocking the parking lot, driveway and sidewalks for weeks, Im sure NO ONE will slip or fall, Im sure it wont cost much to repair the car from having to drive over chunks of snow and ice just to get to work. Oh you sent people? multiple times who worked for 5 or 10 min at a time and then left. How cute, two grown men with trucks and shovels cleared a 5x5 foot area. what a joke and safety hazard. Oh its the maintenance department not me, oh its the owner not us, oh its the people we hired don't get

Joseph and David were great ! Had a leak in one of the pipes. Joe showed up quickly within 1/2 hr. Located the leak within 15 minutes with minimal tearing of walls, repaired it and called David ! David came right away and vacuumed, sprayed and set up dehumidifier. Very quickly I might add. They will both be back to check up and then complete. They were both extremely helpful and kind too ! Looking forward to wrapping it all up !

I am currently renting with Townside property management and have had a great experience so far. The leasing process has been smooth, and the staff is responsive and professional. I would especially like to recognize Joseph from the maintenance team. He usually handles the maintenance requests at my apartment and consistently does excellent work. He is punctual, professional, and makes sure issues are properly resolved. His support has made my rental experience very positive, and I would highly recommend this team to prospective tenants.

Great job from Teresa Bryant from Townside Property Management for setting up appointments with two of their contractors at my rental house at the same time so didn't have to take time off from work twice. I have a large dog and like to be home during their visits. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Conrad and Curtis, two of their maintenance guys who fixed a broken circuit breaker which fed the refrigerator/freezer in the garage. They were prompt and professional, and were comfortable working around my dog. Keep up the great work guys! 8 months into my rental house lease, I'm still getting great service from Teresa Bryant from Townside on routine service requests. The contractors show up as scheduled and are very professional. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with maintenance. They helped me stop a leak from the water heater and handled the replacement very quickly and professionally. The whole process was smooth, and I felt confident there will be no future issues. Huge thanks to Conrad for going above and beyond.
