She knows the market better than anyone in the area and works with an exceptional team of professionals. She’s with you from start to finish. I highly recommend Town Square Realty!

Horrible people to rent from. They do not let you into the office ever. They do not like coming to fix what’s wrong. Moved me into a place with broken things then charged me for them when I moved. They overcharged me for things even though I returned the place in better condition than received. They show favoritism to other tenants. When moving a family said “Good luck getting your deposit back from them because no one gets it back” that’s how you know they’re thieves. They are refusing to answer my emails. I would highly recommend looking for someplace else to rent through.

Ellen has managed a rental property of ours for 25 years. She is the best. Can get repairs down quickly and at a reasonable price. Very fair to the tenants. Now she is helping us list the property and is very, very knowledgeable of the housing market in general and in specific Lancaster..

Town Square Realty has a notary sign in the window on the busy side of the building and at the front. Today, I went in to get a couple of documents notarized. The front desk was vacant and I said hello. Then an elderly lady sitting in front of the office desk, peeped over and sat back saying nothing. A voice came from the office and said what can I help you with? I told her and she said, I will be with you in a minute. Okay, I sat down to then see her face. I sat and sat while they talked about their children. I begin to prepare for the notary by getting out my ID. They talked some more, not about business but personal stuff. I then got up and as I was walking out, the woman said, ma'am, but I proceeded to walk out. They were rude and unprofessional. I would say racist but I don't know tha
