Arkeisha and her staff provide great customer service. Arkeisha has been such a blessing at my stay here getting adjusted to independent living again. I would definitely recommend Rolling Hills as a great place to live. Janet Owens

The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and the maintenance team is very responsive—requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The leasing office also communicates well and provides prompt updates, which is appreciated. However, there are several additional fees that make the overall cost higher than expected for the area. Rent payments can only be made online, and there is a $7.95 service fee for each payment. Other monthly fees include pest control ($10), trash ($20), covered parking ($35), a mandatory cable package through Spectrum ($65), a non-optional credit builder fee ($8.95), and an AppFolio protection fee ($17). Teresa and Arkeisha in the office are very helpful, friendly and down to business women. I moved in January 2nd and it’s the best thing I did and let me not leave Juan out he’s the maintenance over here and he gets it done I give 10 stars if I could great service

The good thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance will make sure things are fixed in your home with no problem of waiting for it to be fixed the Main problem are the ROACHES! Nothing solved and try to keep it away no matter how many time try to get rids of it will come back no matter what and the rent amount for this apartment complex is ridiculous for it to be having roaches non stop.
