Horrible experience! i did not connect with this dr either! Katharina Avila she doesn't care about her patients very rude! I felt unheard during my appointment there was lack of empathy and failure two thoroughly investigate my condition! I was so disappointed with the quality of care.There was no care! And that was my first visit and will be my last.I found another doctor that is great and caring! People stay away from this doctor she only cares about the money. She does not care if you are very ill.

Not to mention that my service rep in charge of sending someone to do the finishing never answers my emails and doesn't answer her phone ever. I am so frustrated. I just wanted to make my fresh new start in my new home and it has been a disaster.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS BEWARE: Oooooookay, this has been a looooooong time coming. I wanted to be sure I gave it ample thought and time. I even gave ample time/chances in the hopes they would do better. First and foremost the employees are kind and well mannered. They will help answer any and all questions, tell you they understand you're a first time home buyer and the process can be a lot. They even offer to help you in understand permit processes, how to get all the set up tasks done, speak to someone at the bank for you. Riiiiiiight up UNTIL, you sign the paperwork... then you're lucky if you get acknowledged walking in the door unannounced, tired of the ignored emails or phone calls. Questions? No answer Voicemails? BEWARE!!! We bought an Oak Creek house less than 2 years ago, and it has been a nightmare! Yes, when you are buying they are oh so helpful, but make no mistake they are in sales that is the job. They will say it's a manufacturer (Oak Creek) problem, manufacturer says it's a seller's problem. Our floors were destroyed by contractors within the first 6 months. 6 different contractors. Now the roof is leaking. Manufacturer (Oak Creek) says we only cover for 1 year, call seller. Tandem says did you purchase extended warranty? It was never offered. A new roof should last longer than 2 years. We do not have trees falling on it, nor have we had hail bigger than pea size.
