Boardwalk Heights

Being a resident at Boardwalk Heights has been a great experience. From the time we toured the property with Shandra, I knew we would be making the neighborhood our home. It’s quiet and peaceful here. Shandra treats us like family. It’s a blessing to have a management team with such great customer service. Neighbors are quiet and friendly as well. Luckily, we’ve had no maintenance needs other than a light bulb change when we first moved in and that speaks volumes. Anyone looking to move here would not be disappointed.

Boardwalk Heights is a great place to live. I was assisted by Shandra in the leasing office and let me tell you, she is hands down the absolute best. From start to finish, Shandra was professional, knowledgeable, and right on time with everything. The homes are beautiful the area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff are excellent and efficient. They respond to request promptly and help to maintain the beautiful of every unit. My expectations were exceeded. My children and I love to call this place home.

We just moved to Boardwalk Heights and we love it here! Homes are spacious, quality appliances and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Shaundra in the front office is always available to help, friendly and goes out her way to help with any issues or concerns! Definitely glad to have her as our first to contact on anything concerning Boardwalk Heights. 😉

My experience here is so amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The community is very peaceful and safe throughout the entire day. Our manager Mrs. Shandra is one you can depend on she is very friendly, respectful, and professional at all times. Let me tell you that maintenance is on point as well. This is an experience that is hard to beat. When a neighborhood has all these qualities and more “why not make this your home”.

Today I got the opportunity to meet Mrs. Shandra to tour the property . She was so nice and answered all of my questions. I look forward to being a tenant in the community Update - I love my community as a new tenant and most importantly I’m very grateful for Shandra !!! First service request submitted a couple days ago and it was completed the same day !!! I love it here !!!
