Since the new ladies have taken over the leasing office, I saw a change for the better! They are really trying and doing their best to make a better place to live in. I had lived there for some time and seen multiple office changes and by far they are the best. Keep doing the best you can ladies.

Im very happy living her, at the my apartment building that I got is nice, my neighbors keep to themselves I had no issues with anything, if I need maintenance work it gets done right away, the inside is nice and spacious. Overall very happy this is my 2nd year living with them

Asset as the new owners you came in hard as if you was making improvements but fizzled out quick. Why is the staff only one race Hispanic in a Predominantly Black neighborhood and this apartment complex? Do you not believe in being inclusive? Do you not have a accurate checks and balances system to Ensure your office and maintenance staff is going above and beyond to make sure real work is done? They are doing the BARE minimum just showing up and lying to residents that they will complete the Many safety and maintenance issues. Check your maintenance men productivity AC is not all there is. When will you make sure that we have adequate Lighting on the OUTSIDE of our buildings and stairways?!! This is a safety and Fire safety issue. This Was my first experience in getting my first apartment. The service was superb. The leasing agent that assisted me was so patient. She really worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed to get into the apartment that I wanted. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the staff and the time and energy that was put into the whole process

They don’t like to fix things. Lights has been on outside for two years. That’s very dangerous for the residence. I’ve been asking for my tub to be fixed for three weeks. It’s still not fixed if they want to have good attendance they need to fix the stuff and light up this place where people can be happy When they go out the doors not worried about who’s lurking around cars and stuff
