Where do I begin I’m a first time renter single mom of 2 & when I tell you Brenda made my move in process so simple the apartment is beautiful inside & outside is so peaceful !! I’m so happy with the experience at these apartments I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me here Thank you For making one of my goals come true I’m forever grateful ❤️

I have lived in my apartment for over 7 1/2 years. Year after Year it has gotten worse. Finally I've had enough. My washer flooded my bed rooms and the carpet come and pulled up the matting and hasn't returned. My inside A/C unit has been leaking since June, it's Nov now and maintenance can't fix it. And to add insult to injure they just painted over the growing mold. These apartments are old and they can't keep up with the repairs. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to replace a washer and dryer.

I have lived over here for almost 6 years now. I met Priscilla and she was just so compassionate and caring, she had to get her staff built up, and after a little bit she hired Ms. Brenda, she was a little quiet but she came into the Portofino family and brought her rays of sunshine, she listened to my concerns, she made sure our maintenance orders were done in a timely manner. She will check with you just to make sure that your work orders have been completed to your satisfaction, that makes me feel so secure, it shows that she really loves and really cared about the residents here. She's very easy to talk to and approachable. So, when she was promoted to the Manager position I was so happy for her, she really deserves this position so that she can shine shine shine. Love the new parking lot and all the new changes Brenda and her staff are accomplishing. Maintenance team are amazing and get my requests done. Prices are reasonable with huge square footage.

I lived here At least 30 years ago I go back an visit a friend,, The apartments Look pretty much the same, very big and spacious , still pretty quiet for the most part !! REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE, IF NOT YOU WILL BE TOWED AWAY
