This complex requires a hefty investment for the units they provide. Live near a stairwell? Be ready to hear every single entrance and exit. The doors are extremely loud when they close. Use the heater in a bedroom at night during the winter? Be ready for zero sleep as the heating unit turns on and off approximately every 11 seconds. The pool and outdoor lounge area are only open a few months of the year, so if you're looking for anywhere to sit outside, your choices are the dog pee and poop infested grass or the concrete. Last summer (2025), residents requested that umbrellas in the pool area be fixed, or replaced, to provide adequate shade during the warm months. Even with the high price points, apparently the complex "couldn't afford them", so the residents did without. Seems like

I've lived at Timberview apartments now for a year and a half,these guys are right on top of everything, maintenance, landscaping, touch up painting, I've never seen a place take such good care of everything. Very happy living here it's very quiet away from the rat race.

I love where I live. I’ve never had such a nice place, with helpful staff in and out of the office. I pay for one parking space and that’s fine. This is absolutely apartment living at its best. You’d never know I had anyone on the other side of my walls because it’s nice and quiet. Austin and team are nice. Give that guy a raise!

We are really happy to be here, and have enjoyed our stay so far. We are very pleased! We just wanted to say how sad we were to see Alex and Austin leave! They were very professional and friendly with us, and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Overall we absolutely love this place. Very clean and quiet and we absolutely love it!!! The only drawback to this place is not having your assigned parking spot.

I would not recommend living here. The way utilities are billed is extremely unfair. Water is not individually metered, it’s split across the entire building. This means if you live alone, you’re still paying for other units with multiple occupants. Residents end up covering costs for usage that isn’t their own. Parking is another major issue. There are not enough spaces to accommodate the number of residents, yet assigned parking costs extra. Street parking is heavily enforced by Oregon City Code Enforcement, and vehicles parked across the street at the high school risk being ticketed or towed.
