Update 7/20 The new management has not done anything about the safety issues. If you have kids do not move here. Management refuses to deal with the verbally and physically aggressive stalker that lives here. He will Harris you he will video tape you he will shine flash lights in your windows be a noise disturbance at all hours. Yes if anyone gets a complaint about something on their front porch it's a violation. The management team actively enables this tenant to do as he pleases. They punish other tenants for less offenses. This photo is what the whole right side has been dealing g with that our management team could have prevented if they just enforced the lease they made us sign. Be carrful, they will let tenants stallk harass , and vandalize your property. There is a problem tenant

It has been a great time living here. We have been living here for about 4 years now. Management has been spotty in the past, but now it has been a good experience. They are very helpful.

I've lived at Fernwood a long time , 8 lease renewals , and I still think it's the best apartment complex in Oregon City , taking location/access , the neighborhood , and overall experience into consideration. The management and support staff have always been fair with me and do their best to accommodate my needs . When I've had maintenance issues , they've always jumped on them quickly and they take care of important things while still respecting your privacy . The landscaping is clean and maintained. It's been my home for almost a decade and will be for the foreseeable future.

I think the new manager is a LIAR. Likes to charge for things that were there when I rented the the apartment. Wants to charge for touch up paint, when the unit was clearly repainted.

Happy to call Fernwood Court my home! I have been here for a fee years and only have great things yo say about it. From office staff to maintenance, whizh is important; they all fo wonderful. Any maintenance request that I have submitted gets attention in a very timely manner. It is quiet, well kept and in a great location. I highly recommend Fernwood Court to anyone looking for an apartment or apartment style living.
