Clipper Ridge Apartments

Applying for residency at Clipper Ridge was a great experience. The Streamline application process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Jessica was wonderful to work with she's quick, efficient, welcoming and easy going. Samantha is hilarious and incredibly helpful. Grateful to be a new resident at Clipper Ridge! ~ New Favorite Tenant

Summer is now ending, the pool has remained closed all year. The contract says: "Management may rescind swimming pool/spa privileges or close swim- ming pool/spa at any time deemed necessary." But the website says: *see below screenshot where the pool takes up 90% of the homepage*

Very trashy new manager, Vanessa. Violates you for anything and everything. Definitely on a power trip. Cant back into your own parking spot. They don't answer phone calls. And will evict you for your animals or your children.

Lived here for two years. They were cute little cheap apartments but pretty much all of the neighbors were sketchy and we couldn't get rid of the mold in our bathroom and the management did nothing about it (we were extremely clean). And the mold is a common problem in all of the units too.

Lived here back in 1994 in unit #7... I loved it there, but then again it was the first apartment that I lived in on my own!! Lol... Anyhow, pool locked mailboxes at the door parking & a great amount of space... Bummer was it's two floors & I've got knee & hip issues. I really liked it there back then, can't say anything about the place now because I don't know anything about anymore
