HIllside Terrace Apartments

Lived there for 2 years. The owners never respond to anything and drug addicts dig through the trash every single day. Our bathroom was covered in mold and when someone finally sent out to look at it they said it needed to be demolished. Steer clear from here! Please for your own safety.

Lived here over 3 years. Units are infested with mice, rats, ants, mold and fleas. Apartments are slopped towards the stairwells. Rarely any water pressure water is shared between 18units and laundry room. The water and sewer bill is shared between units and is extremely high bill. Water smells and taste nasty. Could rarely find a parking spot most spots where taken by guests or non working vehicles being stored. A lot of substance abuse in apartment community. Police at complex at least once to twice a week. Not worth the time or money.

if i could rate it 0 i would. the worst place i have ever lived. the maintenance was horrible. our toilet was leaking and when the guy came to fix our toilet he completely broke it and said we will have to wait to get it fixed for a couple days. not to mention the deal breaker for the move was the mold in our apt. anything we hung up had accumulated immense amounts of mold. we lived in apt 16. our closet had black mold. we woke up to our blankets wet and we were very sick from all of it. DO NOT LIVE HERE we had mice on the 3rd floor chewing up our dishwasher. it would leak down the wall of my downstairs neighbors kitchen. when they "fixed" it they left a huge hole in the linoleum and did nothing about it. slumlords
