Stone Creek Apartments At Oregon City

My son lived here last year. It was fine while he lived there, but he moved out on July 31 and was told he and his roommates would get their full deposit back. They haven’t received it yet and depending on who calls to check on the status, the story changes as to why the deposit hasn’t been returned.

There is definitely both good and bad when it comes to living at Stonecreek. If I had known about the bad before moving here I probably would have looked elsewhere. First of all, no one in any of these reviews (I've read all of them) mentions how easy it is to hear the upstairs neighbors. There is very little insulation in these buildings so any footsteps upstairs (or jumping from children) sounds like they are going to go through their floor/your ceiling at any moment. It echoes very loudly and it even shakes closed bedroom doors in my home if it's fast walking or running. I've lived in several different apartments over the years and this one is, by far, the noisiest in terms of upstairs neighbors moving around their home. It's very difficult to sleep if they're moving around a lot

I have lived in this complex for a number of years, and it has been mostly positive. There are certain things I don't love about it, but my apartment is good, and the staff is great. If I ever had an issue, they usually fix it the next day. The main issue is the parking situation. For starters, the spots are on the small side, so getting in and out of spots can be a tight squeeze at times. There is also not enough visitor parking to go around. When I have guests over, this can be a problem. Unfortunately, the property is only so big, so there is nothing they can really do to remedy this that I can think of. Other than the parking, it is a pretty good place to live.

Check out the Halloween vibe of 2025. *Prompt festive decoration for each and every holiday *On site Safety Events *Community bulletin board with useful information and flyers on early education, safety, fire safety, veteranary services *A number of parties and bar b q for all residents *designating a community garden and having a big planting event that produced some very nice produce. *Taking time to be kind to children living here when they stop to say hello *Baked treats frequently in the office *Hiring a top notch maintenance crew *Procuring a new landscaping contractor who has done a great job * And basically performing nothing short of a miracle in turning this into a safe, family and pet friendly community again.

We just signed a lease and Kelsey is very friendly and professional. We are looking forward to living here! ETA: we have loved living here for 3 years. There are always pros and cons to apartment living, but the pros outweigh the cons in my opinion. Yes the floors are thin, and you can hear the upstairs neighbors do everything, there's not a ton of visitor parking, and people smoke and it gets into our windows. But the management is responsive (at least to us), friendly and helpful. Matthew is very knowledgeable and Kelsey is so kind and friendly. The community is wonderful and we have a lot of great neighbors. We are only leaving because we are moving into a house. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
