I have lived in 5 different apartments at Pleasant Ridge, at different times, in the past 14 years. It used to be ran by Pleasant Properties LLC. They were great, easy going and rent was very reasonable. Now Pleasant Ridge is owned by Cambridge. Rent has gone up quite a bit, just like everything else, but it's still reasonable. The complex is just off Molalla Ave and close to shopping, restaurants, parks and just about anything else you may want. The manager, Kendall is very sweet and very good about taking care of your needs. She doesn't live on site, but she is easy to contact. Maintenance is always available should you ever need them. I would recommend Pleasant Ridge for the price, cleanliness, location and exceptionally awesome management.
Awesome Apartment Homes with great location, responsive staff, and roomy apartments. I would definitely recommend Pleasant Ridge.
The manager needs to learn how to deal with the tenants the right way and not be disrespectful
