Timbers Apartments

I spent a year at the Timbers and it’s been a great experience. The 1 bedroom unit was affordable and comfortable. Quiet neighbors and Kitchen even has a dishwasher! Laundry room is separate but easily accessible and convenient with the mobile app. Pool, gym and recreation available as well. Close to restaurants and grocery. This place has it all! Sad to leave but excited for the next chapter.

This is the first time I’ve moved out on my own and had low expectations for North Richland apartments, but the Timbers have been a lovely place to call home! They respond to concerns right away, all appliances are in working condition and if not they are fixed right away! Affordable, nice and clean place. Management and staff are easy to get along with and very friendly/understanding. Will stay here as long as we possibly can. My family has been blessed to live here!

I moved here from MO. I did site unseen and they were very accommodating. I moved to a new place with no friends and no family. The Timbers apartments were nice. Some of the nicest I’ve stayed in. My rent was raised after 6 months because at the time of moving in I was told the 6 month lease was the only thing available. I then unfortunately fell very behind on my bills due to being laid off from my job that allowed me to move. And I couldn’t find a stable income. Management was very nice and understanding and gave me way more grace than I deserved. They helped me so much and truly did everything they could for me. I wish I would have moved been able to stay. I really enjoyed being here. And I do miss it.

I've lived here since 2021. This is the best complex, hands down. Affordable, friendly staff, great amenities. Anytime I have an issue, I contact the office. They are extremely responsive. Often, I have something that could wait a day or two, and they get it fixed the same day or a day later. It's quiet in the court yards. Well maintained. The laundry service allows me to focus on more important things like work or my daughter. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you, Timbers Apartments!

When it comes to moving out the manager will always look for petty reasons to retain your security deposit. Even for things she clearly knows don’t make sense. I paid for stuffs that were not mentioned in the lease. Not sure how i was supposed to know. I left the apartment better than i found it but she took almost all my deposit
