Heather has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s been incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive, especially as I’ve been navigating my personal situation. From the very beginning, Heather made me feel comfortable and cared for — always taking the time to listen and communicate clearly. Her professionalism and kindness truly stand out. I recently submitted a maintenance request for a malfunctioning dishwasher. Dave, the facility maintenance person, was over the next morning to assess the situation and promptly submitted a request for a new dishwasher after diagnosing the problem. The replacement arrived quickly and Dave was able to install the new dishwasher in the time it took me to run a few short errands. Though not an emergency by any means, Dave and Heather, the property manager, kept me updated during the few short days it took to replace the appliance. I’ve always appreciated the promptness and professionalism when bringing an issue to Heather and Dave at the Illahee Apartments.

Recently, I had the opportunity to request a maintenance service at my apartment in Illahee to replace and fix some lights. I would like to highlight the efficiency and professionalism exhibited during the entire process. The maintenance worker, Dave, was assigned to the task and did an excellent job. He arrived on time, prepared with all the necessary tools and materials to complete the job. He took the time to inspect the lights that needed replacement and fixing, ensuring that the underlying cause of the issues was properly identified before proceeding. Dave worked efficiently and methodically, replacing the faulty lights and ensuring that everything was installed correctly and safely. He also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and provided helpful suggestions to avoid

I recently submitted a maintenance request due to some worn outlets and would like to say the maintenance staff Dave Macdougall is awesome! Always shows up on time and very quick when it comes to maintenance needs. Thanks Dave!

Illahee Apartments is a wonderful, safe, quiet apartment complex to live in!! Very clean property with great, safe parking spaces. I appreciate both Heather, the Complex/Office Manager & Dave, the Head Maintenance Manager Guru. I have lived here 2 months & have needed a couple minor things fixed or replaced, which is very quick & effective. I submit a maintenance request & within the day, sometimes the hour, Heather has reached out or Dave is there knocking on your door....& wallah~ problem fixed in 10 min or maybe it takes 2 days. If it is going to be more than that day for Dave to fix something, they both keep you informed on the process and when something will be completed. THANK YOU DAVE & HEATHER!!!
