I had the pleasure of working with Shay at her prior company and it was a great experience. Once my agreement with that prior company expired I immediately moved back to Shay. She is a huge advocate of the owners but is also liked by the tenants. Since she is an extension of me I feel it is important to treat tenants with dignity and respect which she does. She is very transparent about the market and what she feels rents should be. She is highly knowledgeable of the local market and I feel very comfortable knowing she is managing my properties. I have four different property managers across the country and by far Shay is #1!

Shay took the time to explain all the steps, paperwork, laws, tenant rights (of which there are many), owner rights, etc. to help put my mind at ease. She was able to find a qualified tenant in short order and heavily helped in getting the property move-in ready. Highly recommend.
