Enclave of Richland

It's nice but a lot of things need to change. When workers come to fix something they don't respect you live there they walk in with dirty shoes on. And when things get iced over on the cat walk they tell you to go grab the de-icer your self and spread it about. They also had the FBI there looking for a criminal. Which the main office will just say that it's like this every where you go these days. The police visit several times a year. The lighting for the parking lot is not good which makes you feel unsafe. The pool doesn't get cleaned, the hot tub has bugs in it floating around which is really gross. Some people don't clean the poop up after their dogs so stick to the sidewalks. We have had a great experience living here. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and welcoming. Management is especially helpful and responsive—anytime we’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to address it and communicate clearly, which makes a big difference as residents. While the apartments may be a bit older, they are well maintained, comfortable, and easy to truly make feel like home. The community itself is quiet and friendly, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the property and the people who live here. We really appreciate everything they do and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

Lived at the Enclave of Richland for almost a year and I loved everything second of it!! Tyler is so nice and friendly. All my neighbors were really nice! The community and atmosphere there is amazing. I’m really sad to go but I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!! I couldn’t be thankful enough to have this place be my first apartment on my own

One of the best apartment complexs I've lived in. Management is very responsive and helpful about any issues or questions. They are on site M-F so they are really easy to reach. They alert you about packages they received instantly. The maintenance requests we put in were handled that day or the next. They were very eager to find and fix problems that we reported. The apartment itself is old and showing it's age a bit but perfectly livable. It's also off any main roads making it very quiet in my experience. Parking was never a problem and covered parking is offered at the sister property if space is available. I didn't use the pool or gym but the onsite laundry and bathrooms were very convenient despite having in unit washer/dryer. Walking distance from a couple restaurants and store

I have loved living in these apartments, I was truly able to find peace in my home here. Wonderful staff and neighbors and a super cute layout. Saddened to move. Couldn’t recommend enough!
