Island View Apartments

We lived at Island View for nearly two years and just recently moved out, and from pre–move-in to post–move-out, our experience was fantastic. Keith and Victoria are exceptional property managers. They’re professional, responsive, and consistently present on-site and ready to help whenever needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the property. The maintenance team was equally impressive. Work orders were handled promptly, and the overall upkeep of the complex was excellent. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were always clean and well-maintained. The landscaping crew does a great job too. You also can’t beat the location. A few months into our renewed lease and we couldn’t be happier. I will always recommend this apartment community. Highlights: Keith and Victoria are always friendly, approachable, and go above and beyond to create a warm, engaging community. We love all the resident clubhouse events (even if we never attend 🤦🏾). We rarely have any issues with the apartment. The grounds are well taken care of, and the appliances and fixtures are maintained so everything stays clean and modern. Alex and Miguel are always around, walking the property and taking care of maintenance requests before we can even be slightly inconvenienced, always with a smile on their faces. If you are looking for amazing apartments, look no further. Me and my boyfriend were struggling to find apartments for months, and finally found the perfect ones. The staff from the very beginning were always super helpful and replied fast, (even when we didn’t, with our two jobs each). Between emailing back and forth, signing paperwork, and getting the keys with Stephanie. (She made everything a breeze, and it’s crazy to think we’ve already been here for a couple months.) Everyone in the community is super friendly and nice. The green trees and beautiful flowers and plants all line the complex, and it’s well kept all around the entire facility. It does tend to be a bit on the spendier side, but don’t let that scare you off. This place is worth literally every penny, and we wouldn’t have

Im very thankful for the amazing 👏 maintenance team that they have here at the Insland View Apartments. The Maintenance Technician work very hard and fast to respond for the Insland View Community. They keep this place amazingly clean, and safe. This has been an amazing experience as a resident at the Insland View Apartments. Thank you for your service

We have been living here for 3 months now and are loving this place! The professionalism of the Leasing office (Victoria and Keith) is impressive, the landscaping is beautiful and well maintained! The quality of the apartment is nice. Just walking in for a tour, we could immediately see that these apartments are Well Maintained! Actually, the best I have seen in a long time. The complex has nice layouts of the apartments. The overall feel of the complex is so nice, quiet, safe and comfortable, like home. Lastly, the location next to the river and parks are an added bonus! Greatful that the management keeps this place so nice, quiet, smoke free, and safe for us! Thank you!
