I’ve lived here for six months. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Tri-Cities, don’t overlook Badger Mountain Ranch. The gym was updated with all new equipment. Management is very accessible and responsive. The property is well cared for and the location is perfect for me. Check it out before you rent somewhere else.

Badger Mountain Ranch is the best place to live in the Tri Cities. Me and my family have been living here for almost a year and we are planning to continue here. The office personnel and maintenance are amazing and always willing to help us. The facilities are great and just perfect for the family. Security and location. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, green areas, playground. Movie theater and monthly activities. Definetely they make you feel part of the community and with all the monthly activities, you are included to make something fun! Thank you.

I waited another year to reevaluate the place because management was changed . I still live here for 4 years now . I must say that things have changed and perhaps slightly improved , but their weakest point is the maintenance services . For the amount of money you pay , it is not worth it . Last night the heating unit went out with temps outside around 28 F . The apartment temp was dropping in the apartment from 66 to 62 F . While this is considered an emergency , they were unable to provide repair from Friday till Monday !!! 72 hrs for emergency services . The best they could do is bring in a portable unit that cannot even keep a single room warm . My apartment is 3 bedroom and with kids you can imagine what that means . Despite multiple calls , the best advice I got : go and buy heating

I went in to look at an apartment and Diana was so helpful and kind. Our dog will be so happy with the dog park that is here! I can already imagine living here.

Been here since September, 2024. In general, grounds are immaculate, the pool is crystal clear, and our (minor) service requests have been dealt w/ immediately (ie same day). Just had the AC conk out. Submitted a job this morning. Fixed by 3 pm. Minor nits - the HVAC systems on the units are loud. If you like to sleep w windows open you’ll hear them going on/off all night. Gym equipment is old but totally works. A few pet owners are unable to clean up after themselves. Current crop of kids is great. Had some screamers a few months ago.
