The Woods at Camp Creek Apartment Homes

I recently filled out an application for this property and Chauncy was very helpful throughout the process. He made sure to answer any question that I had and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about moving here. I appreciate his amazing customer service. He truly made my experience a pleasant one.

Horrible conditions. It’s not worth it. I had a leak for 3 years that never fixed, as a result I had flooding in my kitchen 1-2 times a month. Roaches, they broke my door down to do a wellness check never fixed. It. Sewage coming from outside of the building and kids & ppl were walking through it. If you complain this new madmen will put you out. If you sit and watch outside you will see a lot of homeless in that neighborhood.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have been in the process for over a month trying to get my uncle into a place here at Camp Creek! He paid his admin fees and literally received the run around from the start. Each week the apartment was supposed to be ready, they had an excuse onto why it wasn’t ready and it would be ready the following week. Finally, Isabel the property manager informed him that the unit would be ready 12/19/2024 and to come pickup the keys. I took off of work to retrieve the keys on his behalf and was told that the unit was still not ready and to come back the next day. On 12/20/2024 i brought in the money order and received the keys. We did a walk through of the unit and it still was not ready. The property manager proceeded to give me the keys and stated that

If you like nasty grass with dog droppings, trash everywhere, broken glass, rent office never answer or is in office than this is your place!!! Neighbors play loud music all day that make your floors and ceiling vibrate also dont care about the notices that use to be sent out the music goes on loudly all day, kids disrespectful always in street and never attended by an adult whether goin to school bus stop or once school is over never no adults, no one has had a/c properly work all apartments almost , have window air conditioning units… door knobs dont match neither do the doors.. playground missing pieces that is dangerous to play on, missing poles rails near the front doors, hazardous things all around, mailbox get broken into and never fixed, buildings are old, plumbing issues , floors

Since I been here it's been great Quiet no Break ins no Drama clean place the landlord have amazing Maintenance team the whole staff is just amazing I couldn't have found a safer place to live I love it here IHave to give it to Miss RibbonShe's a wonderful person to have as a landlord
