Phoenix Place

Don’t move here. The apartments are extremely old stuff breaks all the time maintenance comes to fix things and make things worse. They have plumbing issues electrical issues and now they have a new management company that bought the properties that are charging tenants for past issues that was reported to the old management company but now they’re saying they have no records of it. They charging people anywhere between $1100 -$2000 worth of damage this is happened to multiple people that has moved. They have no email and don’t reply back to their text number. All these five stars reviews are fake.

This review is 100% for the care and service Ms. Jasmine has provided to me. I am a veteran who has transitioned from another state to Atlanta I knew exactly what I was walking into she has been forth coming honest and transparent about Everything!!! and she works very hard everyday and definitely goes out of her way to make to take this property to a whole new level. Being a veteran I used the SSVF program to which she was extremely accommodating so I can say this apartment complex is extremely military friendly. They are making huge improvements here and I appreciate the steps to securing safety. I completely appreciate the Patient’s time and effort that has been given to me The patient’s time and effort before and after move in. Also for the price you get a great deal I mean be realisti

The new ownership and management team here has been great! They have came in and put so much work in the property plus the plans they have in place will make this place better than ever!

Miss Jasmine is a great property manager she's Fair and she's easy going willing to work with you and giving you a head up notice about everything that's going on here at the Phoenix apartments this would be a great place to live and with the changes that she is putting in place is making it a safer place as well
