Fulton Pointe Apartments

My brother and I had a wonderful experience at Fulton Pointe Apartments. From the beginning of the application process, Destiny was so patient and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, knowing my brother would be in a place where people truly care and are ready to help. Tia, the new manager, was also amazing — very friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. I really appreciate her positive attitude and professionalism. Both Destiny and Tia made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this property!

The community is well-kept and visually pleasing! Special thanks to Kiara in the leasing office who made the process really simple and speedy for me. We really need more property managers with her level of patience and kindness. Even though it was the same news every day, she was very communicative and called to give me an update! She has an air of spirit that I adore! genuinely assisted me during the whole moving in procedure. She checked to make sure I understanding everything. She is attentive in her attention to detail, and I also like my new home

Kiara was AMAZING in helping me get my apartment! There was an issue where my unit wouldn’t be ready in time, so she accommodated me very well! She was very sweet and quick paced with everything she did! I highly recommend making her your leasing agent when moving! Everything is true to size like the pictures as well!

The front office isn’t helpful, all they care about is your rent money, I asked for Pest Control on several occasions and the only reason they got Pest Control out because I reported them to the BBB. The apartments has a pest infestation and the office knows about this. The last 3 ppl in my apartment before me has had the same problem also. The rats chew through your walls and eat your food. When you report things, they tell you what you wanna hear just to get you off the phone. This is not a good place to stay, please read the prior reviews!
