I love my town home n something I wanted from the jump. Very Nice! Love the staff n maintenance. Whatever u need or needs to do done. They make sure they take good care of u. N knowing the property manager puts the icing on cake. He does a very very very good job with everything.

I moved in about 4 months ago and I waited to review, because I wanted to see what the area here was like. This place gave me no regrets I love it here Yaa and hector have been excellent office staff. They have always answered any questions had as well as handled an situation that has came about. Maintenance is a plus they take care of the issues in the apartment in a timely manner. When I moved in yaa handled the whole thing and it was a breeze. I couldn't thank them enough.

I’ve been at this location for a year now and it’s always been quiet and peaceful, definitely love my building and the neighbors in it which makes it even more perfect. Since Hector & Yaa and their team have taken over these last few months things I’ve ask for a year has been completed fast and my apartment is perfect it was minor setbacks but he’s fixing them all with no hesitation. Very good with communicating and actually caring and making the community better! Despite people trying to make Washington road a bad area its not bad at all and so many stores easy Commute and close to airport!

my experience has been good this year i lived here. I was hesitant because of the area, moving from sandy springs but its very peaceful & quiet. Thats what i love the most. Trash gets picked up regularly, complex doesnt smell bad. They got under new management when i first moved & i didnt know what to expect but they have followed up on maintenance request faster. The office is friendly & way more respectful than last management. So far im enjoying my home.

Leasing Specialist Yaa helped me tremendously, very pleasant and offer the resources to ensure that I was accommodated in a timely manner. I love my new apartment the first night it was quiet, I felt safe and my dog love the outdoor space. I feel really blessed! Such a great deal with the location and the convenience. The staff really is putting in the work.
