Sandra has really made a wonderful turnaround in the community. Camera's is now on the property, and most definitely landscaping is on there job. She has gotten thing much under control with the maintenance team if you have a work order it can now be done an completed correctly. Much more peaceful place to call home with much more improvement on the way. Great job Sandra. Aviva Management is coming up!!!

I was referred to the property by my uncle and was very pleased with the layout and pricing. I proceeded to the office to talk to Miss. Sandra and she showed me two units, I fell in love with the second unit. I’ve been searching for months and Miss Sandra was by far the ultimate option for me. Now MR. TONY!!! I love him down when I walked my apartment I had one issue and he fixed immediately.

Mrs Sandra in the office is top tier professional. She has always been very nice & courteous to me and my kids. I've had only one incident which was my AC had been out for a couple of days, she went above and beyond her job to get me a replacement unit in my apartment. She showed compassion and human kindness in helping my family stay cool. I recently renewed my Lease & loving it here, she is the one to call when you need help here She gives so much grace in doing her job here, & I hope she will be around here because this community needs her!

The property manager at Dunlap, Ms.Sandra, is amazing. She was so helpful. My daughter and I came in looking for a two bedroom apt, she didn’t have any, but she showed me a nice one bedroom. At first, I declined the offer, went home me and my 15 yr old talked about it and decided we were just gonna start somewhere. So we came back the next day filled out the application and got approved. And left with plans to come back Friday to get the keys. In the meantime she ended up calling me saying she had a 2 bedroom. We came to see the apartment and it was even better than the first one we saw. Thank you for everything Ms.Sandra!! We appreciate you so much💛

These apartments has changed tremendously. When I first moved here people was playing loud music and kids were all over the place. Now that the New property manager is here she has set up curfew for the children. The only thing I can say is that the kids doesn’t have a playground. It would be nice to take my kids to a playground within the apartments complex instead of me having to drive to a park sometimes when I get off work I myself, personally don’t want to drive to a local park after working an 12-16 hour shift. I really would like to see that. On the other hand Maintenance has to do better when you have an emergency he do not answer the phone when you have an emergency in your unit.
