1100 Washington

1100 Washington Circle has been my home since January. Fantastic place to live. Clean and quiet. The leasing department is extremely helpful, supportive, attentive and responsive. I worked directly with Nigel and now with Mr Ronald Meadows who has been here probably about 3 months and has made this place even better to live at. He has responded to all my emails and inquiries immediately. He has done restoration of the cracked pavement on the premises. He is even planning a community day in the near future. Kudos to you Mr Meadows for making a great place to live even better. I recommend this complex to everyone who reads my post. Thank you

I miss Danya, she ran a tight ship. Residents actually followed the rules of the property. Since she left, these apartments are going down hill. There’s a huge parking lot in the back, but people are parking in the front of the apartments on BOTH sides of the street ( people even park huge box trucks at the front ) completely blocking the entrance into the apartments. It forces me to travel the wrong way into the apartments just to get to my unit!! Nothing is being done about it either. This property just wants you to pay the bills on time. IMO: If you actually cared you wouldn’t have AI responding to reviews. You would actually have your leasing team actively reading these reviews and taking action. My lease isn’t up yet, but best believe I’m out when it ends.

It’s been almost a month since our move here. & since the very first phone call customer service has been 100% Danyah listened to all my concerns on that first call and has always been very friendly. Nigel was our leasing agent & was wonderful to work with, he responds to emails and phone calls promptly he made the entire app & move in process was very transparent and easy. We’re loving our apartment so far!

Nigel and Danyaha are one of the best property managers I’ve worked with. Their knowledgeability of the area was extremely helpful. Their patient and professionalism was outstanding.The details that matter the most, as well as their expertise throughout the whole process from beginning to end and even beyond exceeded my expectation. I truly recommend.

This place is beautifully renovated. Very quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. The property manager Danyaha and Nigel are the BEST! They Will help you every step of the way! Both were very resourceful and always responsive to messages and calls right away. They both will go above and beyond to get you approved and to make you feel right at home. I highly recommend.
