The Park at Galaway Apartments

I submitted my application over a week ago and was told by Nick, the leasing agent, that it would take about 3–4 days to process. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone in the office for an update. No returned calls, no emails, nothing. I have been lucky to get an answer from the office maybe twice, but there weren't really any updates given. I also applied at another property, and their leasing team has been communicative and transparent every step of the way. As someone who works in this industry, I understand that delays happen. What’s unacceptable is the complete lack of communication. If you’re relocating from out of state or trying to plan a move on a timeline, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Great community I’ve been here for 1 year and it very quite haven’t had any issues at all. The management and leasing team is awesome always willing to help. My only concern is if we have 2 registered parking space for residents and tenants don’t respect that, and allow themselves/guest to park in your spot leaving us tenants to park further from our unit is unfair to tenants who have registered their vehicle. Need better system for parking.

I stay in these apartments, when I moved into these apartments I was told that the gate will be working at all times, that’s not true and I been living at this apartments for 1 year now, , it’s takes them along time to fix things in your apartment. In my unit my back door is leaking cold air inside my apartment, went to the office they said it would be fixed it’s been 3 weeks now, the trash dumpsters is nasty, in my kitchen back door I have to put a towel so that air doesn’t come inside my apartment or any rats, I see rats around the buildings, this is why I need my doors fixed, if you see one rats it’s plenty of more around. My overall experience I Highly recommend nobody staying in these apartments

The office staff is amazing! Shout out to Sjoane, Gabby, Ware, and Takia for holding the front down. Every time I come into the office they’re always so pleasant. Looking for an apartment come lease at The Park at Morella!

My leasing experience at The Park at Galaway Apartments was smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always quick to answer my questions.
