Regency Park Apartments

Hello So I will tell you that I have overall had a wonderful experience at Regency. The manager Raven, Mel who handled my move in, and all the maintenance staff have been wonderful to work with. The two gentleman in the leasing area have been wonderful to speak with as well. Any concerns I have had have been handled professionally and in a timely manner! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to move to the Camp Creek area.

I had an amazing experience working with “Sir” at these apartments! He helped me get everything set up and approved in just one day, and now I’m officially a resident. The process was smooth, fast, and he made sure I understood every step. The apartments themselves are clean, nice, and well-kept. All the staff members I’ve met have been friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend these apartments and definitely want to give a big thank you to Sir for all his help!

I’ve lived in this community since 2021, and overall my experience has been pretty good. I truly love my unit and have never dealt with any major issues. The rent is affordable compared to many places, and I’ve always been an outstanding resident, never late on a payment and rent always paid on the 1st. That said, my rent has increased every single year, yet I’ve never been offered any renovations or improvements to my unit to justify the yearly increase. One of the biggest concerns is that an entire building on one side of the neighborhood has been abandoned and unlivable for years due to a fire. In my opinion, it decreases the value of the community, is unsafe (there have been homeless individuals staying in it multiple times), and it’s simply an eyesore. No repairs have been made since

I recently visited this property and was greeted with a big smile and warm welcome by Mr. Bruce. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He was very patient and answered all my questions. When my lease is up, I will be leasing with him. Thank you Mr. Bruce. You're the best leasing person I have delt with during my search. 👍

I am very pleased with the service. My carpet was cleaned and blinds were replaced when requested. I am very happy with my place of residence and will highly recommend it to other. Thank u
