Can you spell S H Y S T E R . That is the word I would use. If I could I would give them a -5 stars. I lived there for a year. When I first moved in there were gaps between to screen and the windows, pieces of metal hanging from the window when you opened it, some windows wouldn't stay up when opened and the balcony screen door fell off the tract when you opened it. Had them out 3 x before it was somewhat fixed. Bathroom sink had a crack in it. They replaced it with a sink that must have been in the shop for years. It was permanently yellowed even after hours of scrubbing. Asked to have a handicap toilet installed (that I provided) and was told, they had to refer the request to their lawyer. Typical cheap fixes and apartment neighbor drama, i had a few cool neighbors but there's always that one person. June their maintenance supervisor is cheap. Had multiple times my freezer went out and they had used incorrect parts stolen from other broken refrigerators. Refused to give me a new fridge. It's a good place if you need somewhere cheap but dont expect it to be great

I’ve been l living at laurel creek apartments for almost 3 years. Everything seem okay but suddenly I started seeing mice in my apartment. I’ve been reaching out to maintenance and been told that they can patch up holes if I look to see if theirs any. And to send the exterminator to spray underneath the stove. So far non of this is working and the office is refusing to pull my stove and refrigerator out and look behind it. I feel so uncomfortable in my apartment playing $1200 to live in a space that’s has mice. I would not move here base on the fact that if a problem arises you won’t get any help from the office. The office was aware that mice have been a problem and never informed the tenants about it to try and prevent them from spreading.

First let me start by saying there are a lot of fake reviews on this property how can u tell easy when someone has only one review and wording all seems to promote this place. I have been here for a little over one year do not let this place fool u. The long windows offer great lighting however they do not close all the way in the winter u feel the cold and summer the heat. Ive had maintenance check it they say it’s fine it does not matter how clean you are bugs will come inside your home constantly. I have gotten bit so many times. All they will offer is an exterminator who walks in sprays around and does an awful job it did nothing for us only ruin our furniture. A lot of the reviews on here are fake. I lived here for 3 years and it wasn’t too bad in the beginning although the apartments are super outdated for how much the rent costs. First summer I am living here, I went weeks without a working AC. They fixed and then come this past summer, the AC is broken again and they come back about 5 times trying to fix it and by the end of the summer, it still wasn’t working. They gave me a broken portable AC for some weeks and it was so hot in my apartment and when they couldn’t use it anymore, they tried to leave me with NO AC for a whole weekend until I had to freak out on the front office at which point they sent a maintenance worker to pick one up from Home Depot.
